Notes to Self.

Notes to myself:
1) Plan for an exciting summer. Hubby's going to be home! Woweeee!
2) Crunch the abs more than twice a week and not only when the personal trainer shows no mercy with the work outs.
3) Increase the ab crunche count from 50 to 100! Yeah, i can do 50 effortlessly..wonder why it doesn't show as much:-(
4) Paranoid mum should breathe easy at meal times. Thank heavens my kids are not obese! ( Paranoid mum wants to make the kids chubby but maybe its not such a good idea)
5) Pen thoughts more regularly, you owe it to the new baby - the Blog!


Before i go. A friend told me he is on a ROTATION DIET. It seems everytime you turn around you eat!
